Signature Cuts and Shaves offers children’s haircuts in Washington, DC for school days, family events, and regular grooming. Our barbers work in a welcoming U Street shop and aim to give young clients a clear, age-appropriate haircut experience.

Junior and Toddler Cuts
- Junior Cut – $45: For children ages 7-12, including a clean cut, hot towel, and shape-up with edgers.
- Toddler Cut – $35: For children age 6 and under, provided in a welcoming barbershop setting.

Preparing for the Appointment
Bring a reference photo when a specific cut is requested and share any concerns about clippers, sound, or sensitivity before the service starts. Arriving a few minutes early gives the child and barber time to settle in and discuss the haircut.

Kids' Haircut Times and Ages
Both children’s services at our Washington, DC barbershop take about 30 minutes on the booking menu:
- Toddler Cut ($35): for children 6 and under, in a calm and welcoming setting.
- Junior Cut ($45): for ages 7 to 12, with a clean cut, hot towel, and shape-up with edgers.
Teens 13 and older can book any of our men’s haircuts, and students can ask for the Student Discount Cut ($45). Parents can book their own cut or beard trim in the same visit.

Walk-ins are welcome when a barber is free, but booking online makes sure there is enough time for a relaxed first cut and lets you choose your barber.
